[Atlas Powers]

The Aeternum Polis is a new nation established, out of the blue it seems, by the self-proclaimed young immortal, Atlas Powers.

He and his brotherhood, known as the Powers Facinus, journeyed from what they call: "other realms." The establishment of the Polis is a venture made possible by knowledge of alchemy and the initial metropolitan areas erected with unorthodox technology (said technology has seemingly been demolished or eradicated after initial construction efforts).

After the establishment, the Facinus has withdrawn to their private lodges, with only Atlas Powers being actively involved with the day-to-day politics (albeit on a inconsistent basis).
