Thank you for your interest in relations with Caer Sidi and for your application! I am afraid to say that at this time we must reject your application for diplomat status. Firstly, you did not clarify whether you are applying for an embassy with us or if you'd like to exchange diplomats, but that aside, because of the long history of troubling incidents associated with the administration of the region of Confederacy of Layem, we do not feel that it is in the best interest of the region to accept your request at this time.

I must apologize for the confusion and our past mistakes. The newly elected Layem administration is doing their best to right the wrongs previous government members have left.
