World Assembly Delegate Royal Proclamation - Aynia - 07-15-2023

I, Aynia Elizabeth Celeste Moreaux, Seasonal Queen and Mistress of Whispers of Caer Sidi, seconded by Regent Captain Carrot Moreaux, hereby issue this Royal Proclamation to be declared effective immediately on this fifteenth day of June, year two thousand twenty-three. This Royal Proclamation shall be enshrined as law in Caer Sidi with all the blessings of the Monarchy.

The World Assembly Delegate of the region of Caer Sidi shall have the following powers and responsibilities afforded to them by this proclamation:

The Delegate shall have the right to vote on World Assembly resolutions. The Delegate shall have the responsibility of voting on each resolution unless circumstances prohibit voting.

The Delegate shall have the right to give opinions and recommendations to WA members of Caer Sidi regarding voting in the World Assembly. The Delegate shall have the responsibility of considering the WA members votes within Caer Sidi, a viable explanation is to be provided regarding an alternate voting choice from the majority.

The Delegate shall have the right to send updates via telegram, forum updates, and discord updates to members. The Delegate shall have the responsibility of sending updates regarding their activities and regional happenings on a regular basis no less than one update per month.
